For stubborn dirt, you can use a mild detergent or dishwashing liquid. Any stitched cover is not considered waterproof. Some suppliers might use tape or glue on seams for water resistance, but this also does not guarantee waterproofing and weakens the seam-strength of the cover, compared to fabrics that are stitched. &#xA0;</p><h3 id="is-mold-or-mildew-covered-under-the-warranty">Is mold or mildew covered under the warranty?</h3><p> No; while our product does have mold and mildew treatment, the outdoor patio cover you choose will fit and perform better if it is slightly larger (1-2 inches in total dimension) than the outdoor product, and slightly shorter to ensure proper circulation underneath the cover. This will reduce water build-up, helping to prevent mold or mildew. You do not want a cover sitting on the ground, as it will saturate, likely causing mold and mildew. &#xA0;</p></div></div>
