The parts available for your product can be found in your product instruction manual on the "Replacement Parts" page. If the item is not listed, we will not have it available.

If you are in need of a new part for your product and your product is within the warranty period, please email us your request at customerservice@atleisure.com along with your product's model number, part number needed (found on Replacement Parts page in the instruction manual), a photo of the damage, and your shipping information (Name/Address/Phone Number/EMail). Once we receieve your request, we will ship your part(s) out within one business day. We may contact you for further information if needed.

Warranty part replacement

If you are in need of a new part for your product and your product is out of warranty, please email us your request at customerservice@atleisure.com along with your product's model number, part number needed (found on Replacement Parts page in the instruction manual), a photo of the damage, and your shipping information (Name/Address/Phone Number/EMail). We will create an invoice and send it to your email that you have given. Once the invoice has been paid, we will ship your part(s) out within one business day. We may contact you for further information if needed.

Non-warranty part replacement

Your product purchase is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for a limited time (depending upon the retailer purchased from) against defects in materials and workmanship only. Your specific product warrranty period is located within your original instruction manual. 

This warranty does not cover damage due to improper assembly, alterations, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of nature (i.e. wind, fire or freezing), or other weather-related damage including but not limited to discoloration, rusting or fading of the finish as a result of exposure to the elements. The warranty does not cover products used for commercial use or third-party sales and is non-transferable.

Once replacement parts are sent, the warranty does not restart, There is not a warranty on replacement parts as they will only be replaced once.
