Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all purchases except replacement parts.
How long does it take my order to be delivered?
Typical delivery times can range from 7-10 days from placing your order for Free Standard Shipping.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States. This does not include Hawaii and Alaska.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order will generally ship within 24 - 48 hours of placing it, unless the order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, in which case it will ship the following business day.
Do you offer fast shipping?
As an option at check-out, we offer expedited shipping throughout the United States for an additional cost.
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
- Free Standard Shipping 7-10 Days
- 2-Day - Calculated at checkout
- Next-Day - Calculated at checkout
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we only ship to direct mailing addresses.
