Cover Features & Types
How many types of covers are there?
Our cover product range is extensive, designed to protect a variety of outdoor items. This includes outdoor furniture covers, dining set covers, chair covers, umbrella set covers, heater covers, and grill covers.
Is my cover fade-resistant?
While our covers have a fade-resistant coating, we cannot guarantee complete fade resistance indefinitely. Environments with excessive, direct sunlight exposure can eventually cause some sun-bleaching or dulling of the cover’s color over time. However, our two-ply exterior fabric material is designed to perform better against fading than many common polyester covers.
How do I prevent my covers from flying off on a windy day?
All our covers are designed with securing features to help them stay put. These may include buckle straps, drawstrings, cords, and elastic trim. The specific securing features can vary depending on the cover model you purchased.
Are the covers water-resistant or waterproof?
Our covers feature double-seam stitching to enhance overall water-resistance, strength, and durability. However, it's important to note that any stitched cover is not considered fully waterproof. While some manufacturers might use tape or glue on seams for added water resistance, this can compromise seam strength and still doesn't guarantee complete waterproofing compared to inherently waterproof fabrics.
Cover Care & Cleaning
How do I clean my cover?
We recommend cleaning your cover with a washcloth and warm water. For stubborn dirt or grime, you can use a mild detergent or dishwashing liquid. It's also a good practice to rinse your covers occasionally, especially after heavy storms, and remove any excess pooled water.
Can I wash my cover in the washing machine?
No. Our covers are not intended to be washed in a washing machine. Doing so can damage the cover, alter the fabric's color, or compromise its protective qualities. Washing your cover in a machine will also void its warranty. We recommend hand cleaning with a washcloth and warm water, then letting the cover air dry completely.

Protection & Warranty
Are the covers water-resistant or waterproof?
Our covers feature double-seam stitching to enhance overall water-resistance, strength, and durability. However, any stitched cover is generally considered water-resistant, not fully waterproof. While some manufacturers might use tape or glue on seams for increased water resistance, this can compromise seam strength over time. Our stitched seams offer a balance of good water resistance and durability.
Is mold or mildew on the cover covered under warranty?
No. While our cover material may have mold and mildew treatment, proper use is key to prevention. An outdoor patio cover will perform best if it is slightly larger (1-2 inches in total dimension) than the item it's covering and slightly shorter to ensure proper air circulation underneath. This helps reduce water build-up and prevent mold or mildew. Avoid having the cover sit directly on the ground, as it can become saturated and promote mold/mildew growth.
