Missing Hardware KitUpdated 3 days ago

We're sorry for any inconvenience if your hardware kit seems incomplete. Let's get this resolved for you!

First Steps:

  • Please thoroughly check all packaging materials, including inside larger furniture pieces or folds in the cardboard. Small hardware bags can sometimes be tucked away.
  • Cross-reference the hardware you have with the parts list in your instruction manual. You can find all our manuals here.

If Hardware is Missing:

Please contact Atleisure Customer Service immediately. We advise against returning the entire set to the store for just missing hardware, as we can often send out replacements much faster.

To help us assist you efficiently, please have the following ready:

  • A copy of your purchase receipt.
  • The model number of your product (e.g., #FRN-XXXXXX, found on your manual or packaging).
  • A list of the specific hardware pieces missing (using the identifiers from your manual's parts list).
