Experiencing issues with bolts during assembly can halt your progress. Let's troubleshoot this common concern.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Double-check the manual: Ensure you are using the correct bolt type (e.g., M6x18mm vs. M6x35mm) for the specific assembly step. Manuals are available here.
  • Inspect the threaded hole: Make sure there is no debris, paint, or welding material obstructing the threads.
  • Try a different hole: If possible, try the same bolt in a different, identical pre-drilled hole on another part. This can help determine if the issue is with the bolt or the specific hole.
  • Inspect the bolt threads: Ensure the bolt threads are not damaged.

Important: Do NOT force bolts. If a bolt feels wrong, cross-threads, or requires excessive force, stop immediately to prevent damage.
