Do you have physical stores?

We currently do not have any physical storefronts under our brand name. 

Is there a warranty?

Your product purchase is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for a limited time against defects in materials and workmanship only. 

This warranty does not cover damage due to improper assembly, alterations, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of nature (i.e., wind, fire or freezing), or other weather-related damage, including but not limited to discoloration, rusting, mold, mildew or fading of the finish as a result of exposure to the elements. 

The warranty does not cover products used for commercial use or third-party sales and is non-transferable.
