What is the status of my order?

Once your order is sent to our warehouse for shipping, the system will send a shipment notification with the tracking information. Please contact us directly through chat or email with additional questions.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping,” "shipping" or "delivered,” we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through our Customer Service Helpdesk.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States. This does not include Hawaii and Alaska. 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Your order will generally ship within 24 - 48 hours of placing it, unless the order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, in which case it will ship the following business day.

How long does it take my order to be delivered?

Typical delivery times can range from  7-10 days from placing your order. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all purchases except replacement parts.
